Let’s start this week’s first Shape Up Day! We will focus on your buttocks today – say hello to your new jeans, you will look amazing in them <3

  • Sit down in the middle of your mat. The legs are spaced out to the width of your hips and your arms are next to your body. Lie down on your back.
  • Lift your buttocks and back up until your shoulders, pelvis and knee build one line.
  • Keep your belly and buttocks tight, relax your neck and arms. Try to not touch the floor with your buttocks, keep your tension.
