Come and shape those legs with us! This exercise is perfect for your glutes and will also improve your coordination.

Let’s work those legs! All you need is a small bottle filled with water (if you are a beginnner you can do it without the bottle).

  • Stand straight and hold the bottle between your palms at the height of your hips.
  • Lift up your angled left leg towards the bottle.
  • Step backwards with your left leg and lower your left knee. Lift the bottle above your head.
  • Then come back to the original position. Remember to keep your arms stretched out while moving the bottle towards your knee.
  • Make sure your hip, knees and ankles build one line.
