It is a classic – as a drink or dessert. I cannot get enough of Mango Lassi! This is my healthy recipe. You will see it is really easy!

You need:

  • 1 ripe mango
  • 250g low-fat natural yoghurt
  • 5-10 ice cubes

Put everything into your blender and blend until smooth. You can add a tiny bit of honey if you like to sweeten it. But I think the mango and yoghurt are sweet enough. 🙂
