Because we have not reached the final days of the apricot season as yet, I have created another smoothie bowl for you. And to show you that there is no need to buy a whole lot of ingredients and spend a lot of money, I only used two ingredients. I have also added some further options if you would like to expand this smoothie bowl.
- 2 apricots
- 250g (low fat) natural yoghurt
Wash the apricots and remove the seeds. Cut them into smaller pieces and put them into your blender. Add the yoghurt and blend until smooth. That is all you need for the base.
I like to add some oatmeal and have it sit for about 15 minutes because I like it soggy. You can also add some raspberries to sweeten your bowl. Some lime juice adds a fresh kick.
