Let’s work on those legs – this exercise is so easy. All you need is your living room sofa or a chair at the office. Put your foot up like Cinderella waiting for the shoe to be put on. Repeat regularly for achieving legs ready for your daily catwalk!

How you do this exercise:

  • Stand with your legs hip-width apart in front of a bench or chair.
  • Stretch out your arms toward the sky.
  • Tap on the bench with your right toes. Pull your arms down beside your body at the same time.
  • Move your leg back to the floor and stretch out your arms again. Repeat the movement on both sides.
  • Tighten your belly and pull your shoulder blades together tightly.
  • Breathe calmly.
