This exercise is an all-rounder for your upper body. It will strengthen your back and flatten your belly and shape your waist. In addition to improving your body, it will also help you balance your mind.
- Stand with your legs hip-width apart and stretch your arms diagonally towards the sky.
- Tap backwards with one leg and at pull your arms as low as possible at the same time.
- Move your leg back to the front and stretch out your arms.
- Repeat the movements and alternate your legs.
- Tighten your belly and pull your shoulder blades tightly together.
- Breathe calmly.
Try to repeat this exercise 15-20 times. Do this exercise as long as you can. Relax if you need a break.
