Our Circle Squat Exercise focusses on your legs and arms. It is so easy and all you need is 1 MINUTE! You can do it at the office to boost your circulation or at home while watching TV.

Straddle your legs and bend your knees to come into the squat position. Stretch out your arms horizontally to your side and draw small circles into the air. Try to keep your legs as low as possible and keep your body tension, pull your belly in. After 30 seconds, change the direction of your circles.
