I was looking forward to this post so much because this smoothie recipe stands for 3 things I absolutely love: dragon fruit, strawberries and it is PINK!!! 

For this pretty and delicious smoothie you need (serves 2):

  • 1 dragon fruit
  • 5-10 strawberries
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 5-10 ice cubes

Peel the dragon fruit and cut it in chunks and put them in the blender. Remove the stems of the strawberries and add them, the lemon juice and the ice cubes to the dragon fruit. Blend until smooth.

Voilà!
