For this Easter weekend, I have thought about something special for you. When you found all your Easter eggs, your prize will be a cute and healthy treat: Easter smoothies!
It just takes a couple of minutes and 5 ingredients to make the pink, yellow and purple smoothies:
- 250g of (low-fat) yoghurt
- 1 small bowl of raspberries
- 1 small bowl of blueberries
- half a mango (for pastel yellow; if you want it more intense, take a whole mango)
Divide the yoghurt into three equal parts. Blend the first part with the raspberries until smooth and put it in a bowl. Repeat the procedure with the blueberries, then with the mango. Decorate with some berries and mango pieces. That’s it!
