I love mangos, and you? This great smoothie is a real power booster and will help you get through a long day.
- 1 mango
- 1-2 small pieces of ginger
- 200ml of fresh orange juice (ev. juice of 1 orange)
Peel the mango and remove the pit. Cut the mango into pieces. Peel the carrot and cut it into pieces. Put the mango and carrot into a blender and add the ginger. Add the fresh orange juice. You can add 5-10 ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
Enjoy on the same day!
