There is nothing better than a great start into the day. Especially if it is a pink smoothie bowl!

As some fruits are not always available throughout the year, a great tip is to freeze them. This is what I did with raspberries. And now I can enjoy them anytime without having them shipped from the other end of the world.

For the pink smoothie bowl you need:

  • 1 small bowl of raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 250 g of yoghurt
  • 5-10 walnuts (or whichever nuts you like)

Just put the raspberries and yoghurt into a blender and blend until smooth. Cut the walnuts into small pieces and mix them with the raspberry yoghurt. Done 🙂
