Put a mat or blanket on the floor.
- Lie down on your mat.
- Lift your legs up.
- Your toes face to the floor so that your legs form a 90 degree angle.
- Slowly lift your leg down.
- Do not touch the floor.
- Lift your leg up again.
- Try to keep your body close to the ground, tighten your belly as much as you can.
Repeat for 1 minute.
