Pink, beautiful, tasty!
This is what you need:
- 1 banana
- 5-10 strawberries
- 1 apple
- 250g (low fat) yoghurt
Peel the banana and remove the stalk of the apple. Cut both into pieces. Remove the stems of the strawberries. Put the fruits and the yoghurt in the blender and blend until smooth. Serves 2.
