This exercise is short, easy but still very effective. While you watch TV today, take one minute and give it a try. You will be amazed how good you feel afterwards. Low back dresses, here we come 🙂

  • Stand with your legs hip-width apart.
  • Tip your upper body forward.
  • Stretch out your arms upwards, your thumbs point to the sky.
  • Now move your arms alternately up and down.
  • Keep your back straight and tighten your belly. Keep your body in one line.
