All you need for this exercise is two small bottles filled with water and 1 minute.
- Stand with your feet hip-width apart and slightly bend your knees.
- Tip your upper body forward, your arms are slightly angled.
- Stretch your arms out backwards.
- Bend your arms in a 90° angle forward and backward.
- Make sure your back is straight and your tummy is pulled in.
- Repeat the movement for 1 minute.
