The unicorn trend is nothing new on the internet but after Starbucks launched their unicorn drink as a special edition last week, it seems that everybody is only talking about unicorns. I do love them too, but I prefer a healthy option over a sugary drink. If you feel the same, I have created this unicorn yoghurt bowl for you. This unicorn will not make you feel guilty after you enjoyed it 😉

You need:

  • 250g of (low fat) natural yoghurt
  • 1 small bowl of raspberries (equals 5-10 raspberries)
  • 1 small bowl of blueberries (equals 10-15 blueberries)
  • Half a mango

Divide the yoghurt into 4 equal parts. Put the first part in a bowl. Put the second part into a blender and add the raspberries. Blend until smooth and add it to the bowl with the first (white) portion of yoghurt. Do not stir it. Repeat with the blueberries. Remove the skin of the mango and cut half the mango into small pieces. Put them into a blender and add the last portion of yoghurt. Blend until smooth and add the yellow yoghurt to the bowl with the other three. Now take a skewer and “draw” a pattern with the different types of yoghurts. Do not stir, draw lines from one colour to the next to create a marbling effect.
